WINE ENZYMES

Enzymes  are efficient, specific, and natural processing aids that helps to calibrate the processing aids that help  to improve the quality and reduce the cost of wine making.
 
Lumis Biotech has developed multi enzyme complexes with Pectinase, Hemicellulase, Cellulase,
β-glucanase and other side activities.
 
These enzyme complexes helps to increase juice yield from grapes or yield of juice.  They facilitate extraction of valuable tannins, anthocyanins and aroma compounds.  They remove colloids from wine to improve clarification, filtration and stabilization
