DISTILLATION
ENZYMES
Starch liquefaction takes place at high temperature, wherein the
temperature is raised to more then 1000C. High temperature and
variable pH stable enzyme of Lumis Biotech aids the starch
liquefaction process by hydrolyzing alpha-D-1,4, glucosidic bonds to
produce soluble dextrins. Typical application includes mash
liquefaction in distilleries and breaking starch in other food
products. We also offer medium temperature amylase (medium
temperature liquefaction), and other enzymes like amyloglucosidase
and tailor made enzyme combination for specific substrate
requirements. At Lumis Biotech we offer Novel blend of enzymes for
further producing specific results during the distillation process
and also for conversion of starch to the desired end product
